2009 Code Change Cycle General Information
NOTICE: The 2009 Proposed regulations adopted by the Board of Housing and Community Development on July 27 for the USBC, SFPC, IBSR and the VADR have been published in the Virginia Register. The public comment period for these proposed regulations will close on January 25, 2010 (the date of the next public hearing on these regulations). The following forms and publication links are information relative to the 2009 code change cycle. Several code change workgroups are scheduled for March and April of 2009. The meeting dates for these work groups are available below and also on the Commonwealth Calendar at: http://www.virginia.gov/cmsportal3/cgi-bin/calendar.cgi under the Department of Housing and Community Development.
