The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold four in-depth "How-to-Qualify" Workshops in-person that will provide information about how to apply for the Virginia Enterprise Zone grant incentives.
These workshops will provide detailed instructions on the qualification process for Grant Year 2022 Real Property Investment Grants and the Job Creation Grants. Grant Year 2022 grants include grants for jobs created in calendar year 2022 and grants for real property investments that received final placed-in-service documentation in calendar year 2022.
