The Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation Flex (IPR Flex) program provides forgivable loans to low- and moderate income owner-occupants of substandard housing that lacks complete indoor plumbing or has general rehabilitation needs with one or more major systems failing (HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc.). A security instrument/lien will require recordation of a deed of trust forgiven monthly over a term not to exceed 180 months, dependent on the amount of assistance. The program will also provide for accessibility improvements or relief from overcrowded conditions once the primary income and ownership criteria are met.
